• During production, Luminarc goes through a special thermal process, which leads to better mechanical and thermal resistance. It is two to three times stronger (depending on position) than ordinary glass of similar thickness. Luminarc is resistant to temperature differences of around 135°C, which means that you can microwave a container of food that has just been removed from the refrigerator. All dishes made of Luminarc are dishwasher safe. Research carried out in the Arc International laboratory ensures that the decorations on the dishes, as well as the brilliance of the glass, cope with the various processes carried out by dishwashers during the washing process. Luminarc is a 100% hygienic material - no porosity in which microorganisms would accumulate.
