Multi-Mould Manual Interlocking Machine

Interlocking brick machines are used to produce hollow or paving blocks that interlock with each other. These machines use molds to shape the interlocking blocks by applying force. Interlocking bricks have many advantages, the most important of which is that they do not require concrete to bond each line to the line below it. This results in a significant reduction in the amount of concrete used, making construction faster and reducing labor costs.

By changing the mold, you can produce different shapes of concrete blocks, adding versatility to the machine. Our Multi-Mould Manual Interlocking Machine is made of high tensile steel and MS, and has a capacity of up to 1000 blocks per day, weighing approximately 380 kg. The machine produces basic brick sizes of 300×150×100 mm, 2 pieces at a time, for increased efficiency.
