Beating Machine

This machine is specifically designed to strain and ret cooked raw bark, effectively separating the fibers. The beating process is carried out by a rotating crank pin assembly, oscillating to and fro with wooden planks, which beats the fibers. The machine features a moving platform, allowing the operator to longitudinally lay fibers throughout the length of the machine.

With its two beating heads hitting the fibers around 90 times a minute, the machine has a high capacity of 200kg/day. It is equipped with a change-over switch to easily reverse the motor and a single-phase 2 hp electric power requirement that includes a gearbox. The machine has a size of 6ft x 2ft and features an easily removable strainer for convenient loading and unloading of materials.

Other notable features include a heavy-duty MS frame for long-lasting durability and reliability. The machine is also designed with safety in mind, featuring an enclosed body and easily accessible controls for convenient and safe operation.
