Sugar Whitening Machine

The Sugar Pulling Machine is a versatile piece of equipment used for pulling and aerating caramel masses in order to give them a satin look and mix them with prescription additives. It is a reliable and durable machine that can be supplied in capacities of 25kg and 35kg.

The machine body is made of heavy-duty cast steel and features three arms, with one stationary and the other two revolving around it. The arms are covered in nylon to prevent the candy batch from sticking to them. The pulling process whitens and aerates the sugar candy mass, resulting in a smooth finish. Stainless steel catch trays are fitted as standard, and the machine can be equipped with safety guarding for additional safety.
