Rotary Screening Machine

The rotary drum screen is a highly efficient machine used to separate and classify finished products based on their grade. It is composed of a rotary drum, framework funnel, retarder and engine. When material is poured into the rotary drum through the feed inlet, the machine rotates to sieve the material and produces outputs of four different sizes that can be easily collected in wheelbarrows placed underneath the machine.

The rotary screening machine or sifter machine is designed with a welded frame made of high-quality steel plate and channel steel, ensuring durability and longevity. The rotary drum is elevated at an angle of 2-2.5 degrees at the feed end and is equipped with a combined screen that is installed on the main shaft. As the drum rotates, the material gradually passes through the different screens. Fine particles pass through the screen and are discharged through the outlet at the bottom, while rough material flows forward along the slope of the cylinder and eventually exits at the rear of the trommel screen.

The motor drives the belt pulley, triangle belt, and speed reducer, making the driver shaft rotate. This part adopts a pin coupling, which makes it convenient for assembly and maintenance.
