BMG Garam Masala

BMG Garam Masala, which means hot (garam) spice (masala), is a popular spice blend used throughout Nepal and neighboring countries. It’s a blend of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black cumin, black pepper, nutmeg, coriander, and cumin ground. Garam masala can be used alone or along with other seasonings and spices. It has a pungent flavor but is not hot like chili powder . BMG Garam Masala blend contains no artificial preservatives and no added colors. Feel free to experiment by adding a tablespoon of BMG Garam Masala as a seasoning to any of the cuisines you cook.
