BANROCK STATION SHIRAZ CABERNET

Banrock Station Shiraz Cabernet is an Australian Red Wine, exhibits intense blackberry fruit over coffee and oak aromas with a hint of clove and cinnamon. These aromas are accompanied by savoury notes of sage, thyme and black pepper spice with underlying vanilla coconut oak characters. This wine is a soft, medium to full bodied red with bright plum, raspberry and blueberry fruit flavours, combining savoury notes of sage, thyme, star anise and black pepper. The wine is well structured with fine savoury tannins, coconut oak undertones, balanced acidity and finished with lingering dark berry, thyme and mint flavours.
