The refrigerating capacity of the units, designed for various applications, is specified based on parameters such as nominal area, volume, tube of refrigerant, fan characteristics, and electrothermal defrosting. These units, ranging from DD-2.6/15 to DD-21/120, cater to different storage temperatures and air volumes. The electrothermal defrosting process, with a temperature difference (∆t) of 10°C, is optimized for a storage temperature of 0°C. Each unit's air volume, quantity, fan diameter, voltage, and power range are tailored to meet specific requirements. The defrosting operation involves a specified number of fans, their power, and the power of the defrosting pan. For instance, DD-11/60, with a refrigerating capacity of 10500 W, caters to a volume of 60 m³ and utilizes fans with a diameter of Ø19/Ø32 mm. The defrosting operation, powered by 380V, involves two fans with a power range of 550 W each and a defrosting pan power of 4200 W. These units offer a versatile solution for applications with varying refrigeration needs, ensuring efficient performance and temperature control in diverse environments.
