Dr. Fixit Raincoat Neois high build water-based elastomeric exterior wall, waterproof coating. Designed with weather resistant acrylate polymers. It is UV resistant and offers good hiding and spreading. Dr. Fixit Raincoat Neo develops a strong inter-coat adhesion with the substrate therefore no separate primer is required.
